Pleasant Feeling on the Plane

  • Close your nose with two fingers and blow the air keeping the lips closed too;
  • Open your mouth and breathe deeply through it;
  • Chew gum, have a candy or swallow saliva;
  • Drink small proportions of water.
  • If you have a U shaped neck pillow, just rest your head.

  • As substitute to a pillow, you can use a sweater, scarf or other soft cloth.

  • Use the table! Don't hesitate to put your head on it.

  • By altering the pillow, comfortably lean to the window.

  • If you travel with someone, lean on his/her shoulder.

  • Sit back in your chair comfortably.
