Exercise During the Flight

To enjoy the pleasant flight and remain energetic after exiting the plane, we have recommendations for some simple in-flight exercises while remaining on your seat. These physical activities will help you to relax the body and make you fresh.
  • Extend the back;
  • Fold your left ear towards the left shoulder, just like you do when consider something;
  • Then draw down your head and fold your right ear towards the right shoulder;
  • Return to the starting position;
  • Repeat this exercise as many times as you wish.

  • Extend the back and hold your arms on thigs;
  • Raise your left shoulder and draw down the right shoulder;
  • Hold in this position for several seconds;
  • Afterwards, change the position of the shoulders;
  • Repeat this exercise as many times as you wish.

  • Slightly raise your legs above the ground. Keep them together, close;
  • Slowly adjust your foot 45° clockwise and keep in this position for several seconds;
  • Back to the starting position;
  • Repeat this exercise as many times as you wish rotating your foot in different directions.

  • Keep your foot on the ground;
  • Raise your feet toes up and keep them in this position for several seconds;
  • Afterwards, draw them down and raise the heels;
  • Repeat this exercise as many times as you wish.

THE PLANE HAS FINALLY LANDED AND YOU NOW CAN LEAVE YOUR SEAT. AFTER YOU EXIT THE PLANE:
 
  • Stretch on your whole body length;
  • Touch your right leg with the right hand and raise the left hand up with an outstretched palm;
  • While keeping your spine straight, move your upper part of the body towards left as if you were a rolling tree from the wind;
  • Do not forget to breathe slowly and deeply at the same time;
  • Then, change the hand to the left and move to the other side;
  • Repeat this exercise several times.
