On our flights your baggage will usually travel in the cabin and in the hold of the aircraft. Cabin baggage (carry-on baggage, hand luggage) should contain items you will need during the flight, whereas larger suitcases and other items are carried as checked baggage in the hold of the aircraft. Specific regulations and fees may apply to special baggage, which includes various sporting equipment, musical instruments and pets, among others.
